Have you ever wondered what to practice to become a better guitar player?

Have you felt like being stuck and not making progress with this beautiful instrument?

I’ve felt like this, and I learned how to fix it.

I have over two decades of experience from music and I’ve studied it in different learning institutions. I started playing guitar over 15 years ago. Within these 15 years I’ve graduated from the bachelor’s programme at the Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland and master’s programme at The Royal Academy Of Music in Denmark.

Within these decades I’ve done following:

Played jazz music with guitar sextet

  • Performed multiple shows with a big band
  • Performed original music with different orchestras
  • Performed cover songs in the wedding and party band
  • Written, arranged and recorded 3 albums, few single releases and an EP
  • Performed music from jazz to fusion and metal in different projects that were related to my studies
  • Taught music to students from beginner to intermediate
  • I’ve also taught bass, drums, music theory and ensembles

In order to be able to go through these musical situations, I needed to create a practice routine that would be efficient, fun and give an opportunity to be creative. One of the fundamental things where my practice relied on was working smarter.

During lessons we can cover the following topics:

Fretboard theory

  • Ear training
  • Music theory
  • Guitar playing techniques
  • Guitar recording techniques
  • Songwriting
  • Songwriting with alternate tunings
